Memberships

In order to access our Hyrox classes you'll need to firstly become an exclusive member of our partner gym, GTC Health Clubs. This will give you access to the gym & health club facilities, after which you can purchase an add on class pack to suit your needs.

This essentially means gym access plus x 1 Hyrox Session per week is £81.09 - HOWEVER, the class credits do not

expire, you can use them up whenever you like for added flexibility.

Our Classes

HYROX FOUNDATIONAL

Featuring traditional circuit training to build baseline fitness, strength, endurance, as well as movement & station skill work.

 

Although this is workout get’s the whole body moving its largely upper body focused.

HYROX ENGINE

The Engine workout is designed to boost endurance, aerobic capacity, lactate threshold and tolerance.

 

The class utilizes a series of intervals, compromised workouts, and sprint efforts to develop speed, VO2 Max, and endurance.

 

We will cycle through various interval patterns over 4-8 week blocks according to the Hyrox season.

HYROX POWER

Muscular strength and endurance is critical in a HYROX race. Athletes need to recruit tremendous muscular power, to move weight over time, and to do it while fatigued. This is a skill that needs to be trained.

 

In this class you can expect dynamic & explosive exercises as well as accessory work like grip and core conditioning.

HYROX COMPLETE

Complete training will prepare you for the specific physiological demands you will encounter in a HYROX race.

 

It will challenge you physically and mentally, while building a level of familiarity and comfort in the discomfort of these challenges.

 

We will cycle through, solo, doubles and group workouts for different stimuli over a given training block.
